Background information
Ryan Eagle and Amanda Coneyworth were appointed Voluntary Administrators of the Company on 18 May 2020. Following their appointment, the secured creditor subsequently appointed John Park and Joseph Hansell of FTI Consulting as Receivers and Managers of the Company on 19 May 2020. The Receivers and Managers are in control of the Company.
The first meeting of creditors was held via teleconference on 28 May 2020 and the reconvened second meeting of creditors was held via teleconference on 25 August 2020. At the reconvened second meeting, creditors resolved that the Company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement.
