Background information
Martin Lewis was appointed Liquidator of Gallop Group of Companies (In Liquidation) (“the Company”) on 22 June 2018 pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court of Australia.
The order to wind up the Company was made on the application of Yen Yu Ching.
The Company ceased trading prior to the Liquidator’s appointment.
On 26 September 2019, Martin Lewis was appointed Liquidator of related companies Gallop Asset Management Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and Stumac Pty Ltd (In Liquidation), on applications of ASIC.
From 31 December 2020, Martin Lewis will resign as Liquidator and Tim Mableson will be appointed as Liquidator of Gallop International Group Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and Gallop Asset Management Pty Ltd (In Liquidation), respectively.
