Background information
On 20 May 2019, Jamieson Louttit of Jamieson Louttit and Associates was appointed as Voluntary Administrator of the Company by the Director under Section 436A of the Act.
On 30 May 2019, Glenn Livingstone was appointed Replacement Administrator at a meeting of creditors convened pursuant to Section 436E of the Act.
The second meeting of creditors is to be held on 25 June 2019 to determine the Company’s future by voting on one of the following options:
- that the administration should end (in this case control of the Company will revert to its Director); or
- that the Company should be wound up; or
- that the Company execute a DOCA.
Meeting details are provided in the Voluntary Administrator’s report dated 14 June 2019.
Creditors are advised however, that an original winding up application commenced by Metal Manufacturers Limited is scheduled to be held on 19 June 2019 in the Supreme Court of NSW. In the event that the matter is heard, it is likely that the Company will be placed into liquidation on this date and that Glenn Livingstone will be appointed Liquidator.
