Yu Zhai

Yu is a senior leader in the KPMG ThinkPay team nationally, bringing her experience in helping large and complex organisations identify, remediate and better manage their ongoing people and pay risks.

Yu combines her background in risk, data analytics, transformation and program management to bring fit for purpose solutions to her clients. Yu’s experience in leading large multidisciplinary teams on broader wage integrity issues includes the review, design and execution of better-practice calculation methodologies, design and execution of large-scale remediation and prevention programs of up to 40 workstreams, as well as independent audits as defined within a FWO enforceable undertaking. Yu also helps her clients to transform the way people risks are managed, enabled by data and technology.
