Dominika is a distinguished Cyber Partner with KPMG Australia, where she spearheads the Cyber Human Risk Management capability.

Dominika is a cyber resilience Partner with a passion for people, strategy and change. In her 10 years at KPMG, Dominika has worked alongside large, publicly listed corporations, government departments and not-for-profit organisations helping them embed resilience into their organisation and validate their crisis management and cyber response capabilities.

Her role extends further as the solution owner for KPMG's pioneering initiative, Cyber Learning Unlock, which stands as a market leader in the realm of cyber behaviour change programs. Committed to advancing the cyber security landscape, Dominika also oversees the Cyber Women Lead program, dedicated to empowering women and girls in Australia, and promoting their careers and progression in the dynamic field of cyber security.

Prior to her 15 years in advisory and professional services, Dominika completed a Master of Business (Research) degree specialising in business continuity and crisis response capability within Australian critical infrastructure. Her thesis explored the increasing complexity of modern-day threats and the growing sophistication of interlinked and interdependent operating environments and their impact on organisational resilience.
