Jessica joined KPMG in 2022, in the KPMG Banarra, Human Rights & Social Impact team. She became Trusted AI Lead in 2024. Prior to KPMG, Jessica worked for 14 years at the world’s largest multidisciplinary scientific and engineering membership organisation where she directed a program dedicated to addressing the intersections of ethics, human rights, law, science, and technology.
As Trusted AI Lead, Jessica develops and supports best practice human-centred and responsible approaches in the design, delivery and deployment of artificial intelligence products and services by KPMG. She also collaborates and partners with external experts to continuously evolve KPMG’s Trusted AI policies and practices.
Jessica informed the development of the first KPMG Trusted AI Impact Assessment against which KymChat (KPMG's generative AI agent) was assessed prior to deployment for the purpose of identifying and addressing any risks inherent in the system.
