She has a proven track record of leading significant transformational change projects for government with
a focus on organisational reform, structural and governance arrangements, supporting capability and change
requirements.
Elise joined KPMG from DHHS, where she held significant executive-level roles, including in corporate and policy/project areas of the Department.
