Rachael is the Chief Operating & Marketing Officer for the KPMG Papua New Guinea office, commencing this role in April 2022.

She has worked in various organisations, both private and public as well as with NGO entities. Rachael has over 30 years of high-level management, operational and administration experience, ranging from Corporate Services, Company Secretarial, Office Management, Sales & Marketing Management, HR and Business Operations. 

She has headed special projects and initiatives that complements the Leadership team to support client services. Rachael spearheads the business operations, logistics, finance, IT, People & Inclusion and general support teams for the PNG office.
