Matt Tottenham

Matt specialises in strategic change and risk transformation. He has overseen projects in New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney and gained extensive practical strategy, risk and control experience as a regional Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer.

Using his industry experience, Matt works in collaboration with clients to deliver outcomes that are pragmatic and commercial whilst balancing the needs of internal and eternal stakeholders.

As Lead Principal, Matt supported APRA on the Prudential Inquiry into CBA with his extensive knowledge of the new benchmarks and standards expected and worked as a Senior Principal on an extensive Future Operating Model design for an Australian insurer. During his time as Global Head of Strategic Change at an investment bank, he covered new business development, control and conduct and regulatory response and reform.

Matt was also involved in the large-scale re-engineering of the control and conduct framework and environment for the Asia Pacific division of a global investment bank.
