As the Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Sydney Audit & Assurance division, Caoimhe leads a team of more than 400 exceptional professionals, who are dedicated to providing outstanding client service and serving our community. Her priorities are fostering a client-focused audit practice, provide opportunities for our people and promote diversity and inclusion within KPMG.

Caoimhe has extensive experience in conducting audits of ASX and Nasdaq listed clients both in Australia and the US.

Beginning her KPMG career in Dublin, Ireland before moving to Silicon Valley in 2002, Caoimhe has in-depth experience with technology, software and services industries, having worked in Silicon Valley from 2002 to 2006 and with many of Australia’s leading technology companies since then.

Caoimhe moved to Australia in 2006, and became a partner in 2013. In addition to technology, she works across a broad range of industries including industrial markets, health and media, including several of KPMG’s iconic clients.

Outside of KPMG, Caoimhe enjoys spending time with her family, and attending her children’s many sporting events including nippers, AFL and soccer.
