Analyn has more than 7 years of focused experience assisting clients in optimising their payroll function, technology solutions, and overall payroll governance and strategy approaches, which is complemented by 13 years of global experience in working with clients on compliance, payroll, transformation, financial accounting, external and internal audits, and other assurance services. She draws on her audit and hands-on payroll experience in providing clients with practical advice as they manage the complexities of payroll and overall governance.

As a US Certified Public Accountant, Analyn also leads a team that assists clients in preparing regulatory-compliant financial reports using a highly centralised, technology-enabled compliance delivery framework, which is part of a larger suite of Global Compliance Management Services.
