Ebony Sanderson

Ebony leads KPMG's Risk Hub managed service solution for Australia, focusing on helping organisations to enhance and mature their approach to governance, risk and compliance. She oversees all Risk Hub client relationships and is responsible for delivery of the solution, ensuring the functionality evolves with client needs.

Ebony is a member of the global Change Management Board for Risk Hub, responsible for reviewing and providing input on solution enhancements to ensure Risk Hub leverages new technology, such as AI, remains future-proofed and aligned to leading practice.

With more than17 years' experience working with organisations to enhance and mature their approach to governance, risk and compliance, Ebony has led engagements across multiple sectors, both locally and internationally. She has assisted a number of organisations with the development of their Risk Appetite Statements, enhancement of their Risk Management, Compliance Management and Project Management Frameworks, and facilitated risk assessment workshops and training to Board and Executive-level clients.
