Evan is director in the Engineering & Asset Management team within KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets & Places division. He is an experienced executive leader and manager with over 20 years’ experience in digital transformation and digital delivery across the Government, Transport, Planning, Environment, AEC and Utilities sectors.

Evan has extensive technical experience in digital engineering, digital twins, asset information management, advanced analytics, agile project management, and digital transformation. A recognised leader in the digital engineering community, Evan has a strong expertise in spatial data management and analysis for transport planning, infrastructure delivery, operations and maintenance. He has an extensive background in the application of location intelligence and advanced analytics in both road and rail transport.

Evan's career has encompassed technical delivery, program management, people management, business development and executive-level leadership roles. He has experience in all phases of the asset lifecycle, having worked within central government, project delivery authorities, consulting and construction, and transport operations and maintenance.
