Melissa is a director at KPMG, with more than 15 years of experience as a workplace relations practitioner. She is particularly motivated by projects that require her to find pragmatic and innovative solutions to implement change and achieve an organisation's strategic vision.

Prior to KPMG she worked at the Fair Work Commission and employer associations where she gained incredible insights into the inner sanctum of the Fair Work system, and what is required to comply with requirements in industrial instruments and employment legislation.

Since joining KPMG, Melissa continues to work at the leading edge of workplace relations. She has advised government, corporate clients and other organisations on how to navigate the complexities of Australia’s workplace laws, through both strategy and compliance engagements.
