He provides strategic, tactical, structuring and execution advice to domestic and international clients in the public and private markets, with a particular focus on natural resources and critical minerals.
Nick has deep public markets corporate finance experience (in both equity capital markets (ECM) transactions and M&A) having worked at an Australian investment bank for 17 years prior to joining KPMG. He has led and advised on a broad range of ECM and M&A transactions, across the natural resources, mining & industrial services, agricultural and various industrial sectors in Australia, Africa, Asia, South America, the United States and Europe. He has also worked as an M&A lawyer in New York for a leading US law firm, advising on international corporate finance transactions.
