For more than 25 years, Graham has been a trusted adviser to government and private sector clients on the analysis, procurement, financing and delivery of major infrastructure projects. He has deep experience at all stages of the infrastructure transaction lifecycle from Business Case through to Financial Close.
Graham’s experience spans all major industry sectors including rail, road, water, energy, housing and property. In recent years he has specialised in major complex rail and port projects.
Prior to joining KPMG in 2007, Graham was a General Manager of Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) for over 10 years advising the state on matters of financial and commercial risk on major infrastructure projects. He was previously a Corporate Finance Group Head for a major banking group.
