Eelco Lijding

Eelco is a Partner in KPMG Australia's national Transformation Program Management team who focuses on delivery of large transformations. He is experienced in leading large transformations in financial and wealth services in Australia and Europe, and delivering complex transformations to state, federal and local governments as well as in the education and telecommunication sectors.

Eelco has been the Program Executive of complex, multifaceted strategic business and technology transformation across multinational financial and wealth institutions, telco’s, education and government. His experience and knowledge of integration/separation, organisational change, technology architecture, development, testing, outsourcing, migration strategies and implementation allows him to translate strategic drivers into deliverable programs. This is complemented with advanced consulting and stakeholder management ability and in-depth experience in negotiation, budgeting, tendering and vendor management.

Passionate about culture and people, Eelco creates and motivates high performance teams while embedding transformation in the culture of an organisation. He is a pragmatic communicator who drives change with passion and integrity.
