Chris is a partner in the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places division, and is the sector lead for Social Infrastructure.
Chris joined KPMG in 2022 after an almost 20-year career in the public sector. A proven and visible leader within social infrastructure, he has a strong track record of delivery in a complex operational and political environment. Chris brings with him extensive experience in senior leadership roles across government and knows what it takes to progress a complex idea through the bureaucracy, gain the support of government and implement under public scrutiny.
Chris has led a wide range of major reforms including establishing new infrastructure delivery agencies, leading portfolio level strategies and delivery programs, implementing sensitive policy and operational reform and leading large, complex commercial negotiations. He works with clients across the social infrastructure project lifecycle providing service planning, feasibility analyses, scoping studies, business cases, transactions as well as the delivery and operating phases of projects.
