Lauren is a Senior Adviser to KPMG’s Workforce Learning Services business in Australia. Previously a Partner with KPMG for 8 years, and a further 9 years across the Australian and UK firms, she specialises in architecting and delivering system-wide learning interventions to drive capability building at scale.

With more than 23 years’ commercial and consulting experience, Lauren is considered one of the leading experts in organisational learning transformations in Australia. She has led large, diverse, multi-year and multidisciplinary teams at KPMG to deliver transformation programs from strategy to implementation. Her passion is supporting the people component of these major transformation initiatives, ensuring the workforce acquires new skills and capabilities for long-term success.

Her industry expertise spans financial services, education, public sector, healthcare, and infrastructure. She is known for her authentic and pragmatic approach, building lasting client relationships, navigating complex situations, and making tough decisions.
