Andy is a partner in the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team within KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets & Places division.
He has more than 25 years of property development and finance experience having held roles in both the private and public sectors delivering and advising in relation to some of Australia’s most complex urban renewal, mixed use, mixed tenure, regenerative tourism and infrastructure projects.
Andy has a detailed understanding of property development and, in particular, the financial structuring required to create legacy development projects that can advance society through the way people live, work, learn and play. He has a particular passion for the role of ESG in built form and precinctual developments, understanding that urban development outcomes, including placemaking outcomes, need to be delivered in a manner that is both commercially viable and sensitive to the needs of the community and environment.
Prior to joining KPMG, in 2014 Andy and Dominic Arcaro created the development advisory firm NAVIRE. The NAVIRE team joined KPMG in April 2022.
