Eileen is KPMG Australia's Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs. “In a world where things are changing so rapidly, I am focused on high quality assurance and risk solutions that best serve our clients and which adapt quickly to the marketplace in these disrupted times". Eileen works across a number of large ASX listed companies, and her core focus areas are property, construction and funds management. She joined KPMG in 1993.
The diversity and quality of clients, never-ending opportunities to learn, and the ability to undertake exciting international secondments which included Moscow and Bangkok, have fuelled Eileen's ongoing loyalty to the firm. “A standout for me is the quality of the people in the firm – it is a delight to work with them on a daily basis,” she says.
Eileen became a partner in 2005 and was appointed as the National Leader of External Audit within KPMG's Audit, Assurance & Risk Consulting division in 2017. Eileen was also a member of KPMG Australia's Board for 5 years from 2016.
Beyond KPMG, Eileen is a board member of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, a member of St. Vincent's Health Australia's audit committee, a former director of Alzheimer’s Australia (NSW), and Director and Audit Committee Chair for CatholicCare for 10 years.
She enjoys keeping fit and travelling, and is also a busy parent to twin boys and a daughter.
