Cassandra is the National Managing Partner of KPMG’s Clients & Markets practice and a member of the National Executive Committee (NEC).

She has more than 25 years of professional experience in senior executive roles within industry, and significant consulting experience in strategy, operational excellence, energy transition and complex business transformation. An experienced client lead partner, Cassandra has led teams supporting Top 50 ASX clients operating in complex operating environments.

Since Cassandra joined KPMG in 2007, she has leveraged her breadth of experience in energy and natural resources to shape and guide the transformation programs of her clients. A passionate and skilled facilitator for executive teams, Cassandra advocates for the self-empowerment of her clients, and has become a valued adviser through her ability to help leadership teams work more productively to deliver customer value. She has a unique capability to deliver strategic, operational, and authentic leadership as she supports her clients transform their business.

Cassandra became a partner in 2011 and was appointed as KPMG's National Industry Leader of Energy, Mining & Property in 2019. In 2018, Cassandra served as a member of KPMG’s Partner Remuneration & Nominations Committee for a period of 3 years.

Beyond KPMG, Cassandra is a member of Chief Executive Women and actively engages in community activities and charities that support children impacted by childhood cancer. She enjoys travelling and water sports, and is a busy parent to three sons.
