Caroline specialises in immigration and expatriate taxation, working with multinational organisations on their approach to global mobility. Experienced in policy review, taxation consulting, benchmarking, and outsourced assignment management, she works with her clients to deliver effective migration and global mobility programs.

Through her knowledge of KPMG’s technology solutions and ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams, Caroline provides collaborative and fully integrated end-to-end delivery models to businesses in Australia and overseas.

With over 19 years’ experience in relocation, expat tax and migration services and having relocated internationally and domestically herself, Caroline brings an additional level of personal empathy to her clients, their relocating staff and families.
