Jim Grayson

Jim is a director and water sector specialist in the Commercial Advisory & Transactions team in KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets & Places division. 

For more than 25 years, Jim held senior leadership roles focused on commercial project delivery to local, state and federal government clients in the water sector. He specialises in infrastructure development, water and utility service provision, governance, transformational change leadership, construction management, dispute resolution, legal, commercial transactions, conduct and economic regulation.

Prior to KPMG, Jim was Chief Executive Officer of a major Water Board for over 12 years in which he had stewardship of 3 projects of ‘National Significance’ through the State and Federal Government approval processes. His contribution to the water sector was recognised with appointments including board member of Water Services Association of Australia and Queensland member of the Advisory Body to the National Water Grid of Australia.
