Dean is a government digital and business transformation specialist with extensive experience in the Australian Federal Government domain. Dean leads consulting engagements to a wide range of public sector clients both nationally and internationally, with a focus on the design and delivery of technology enabled, data driven and digital government programs of scale, complexity, and national significance.
Based in Canberra, Dean is KPMG’s Global Digital Government Lead Partner and KPMG Australia’s National Lead Technology Partner for the Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare (IGH) industry group. He leads the Modernising Government strategic initiative as well as the Federal Government technology practice.
Prior to KPMG, Dean worked within the Federal Government as a policy advisor. He was the Federal Government Lead Partner for another advisory firm, and was a Senior Executive at a global systems integration firm.
