Martin is a Partner in KPMG Australia's Finance Strategy & Performance team within our Management Consulting Division.
Martin has more than three decades of transformation experience in finance and technology. He works with clients to improve their Finance function across all operating model elements: service delivery, process, data, systems, people and risk/governance.
He helps to streamline and automate their transaction processing and to enhance their strategic capabilities. This includes providing better business analysis and insight, predictive and prescriptive decision support, business performance management, planning and forecasting, finance operating model design, Cloud ERP and finance business partnering.
