Matt is a director in the Engineering & Asset Management team within KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets & Places division. He has led transformation programs across multiple sectors including aviation, all levels of government, and more recently, mining operations.

Matt is an accomplished engineer and certified asset management assessor (ISO55000). He has delivered projects and programs across infrastructure, capability development, maintenance implementation, asset management uplift as well as safety management systems. He regularly supports and coaches maintenance teams on client projects to identify asset risks, improve asset performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.

After over 15 years as an engineer and helicopter pilot in Defence, Matt has spent the past seven plus years in management consulting supporting advisory projects to achieve maintenance improvement, project implementation, business transformation, capability development and asset optimisation outcomes.
