Glen has over 25 years’ experience in the banking and public sectors and has a strong focus on First Nations economic development. He is passionate about working with First Nations businesses and organisations to ensure they grow, prosper, and deliver meaningful outcomes for their clients and the broader communities they service.
In addition, Glen works with corporates who are seeking to uplift their engagement with Indigenous Australia and assists them build the meaningful relationships required to deliver authentic strategies. This approach allows corporates to move away from tokenistic short-term initiatives to long-term relationships that build trust and create value for all stakeholders.
Glen’s project experience spans corporate and the public sectors including all levels of government. This experience enables him to bring valuable insights to clients seeking to work towards tangible, sustainable, and equitable partnerships and social outcomes for First Nations people, communities, and businesses.
Glen is recognised as the architect behind the first Elevate Reconciliation Action Plan that set a new benchmark for transparency and accountability for both Indigenous and corporate Australia. This has now been widely embraced across Australia.
Prior to KPMG, Glen worked with a big 4 bank as Managing Partner of their High Growth & Emerging Corporate business and spent more than 10 years in various executive roles with the Australian Government.
