Eric leads KPMG’s Enterprise Risk Consulting Practice for South Australia. With a specific focus on governance, risk management and internal audit, Eric assists organisations to build trust and confidence in their processes and systems and empowers positive change and continuous improvement.

Eric has more than 20 years of experience in professional services and consulting in Australia, the US and the United Kingdom in a variety of industries and organisations.

His project experience spans major corporates and the public sector, and in South Australia in particular, Eric has deep experience in the utilities, infrastructure and education sectors. In working with such organisations, Eric has helped them to build resilient processes and governance structures that meet the myriad of challenges arising from technology-based disruption, transitioning to customer-centric business models and the ever-increasing need to do more with less.
