      Background information

      On 7 May 2024, at a meeting of creditors, it was resolved to place the Group into Liquidation. David Hardy and James Dampney are the appointed Liquidators.

      David Hardy, James Stewart and James Dampney were previously appointed Administrators of the Group on Tuesday, 2 January 2024 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.



      Meetings

      David Hardy and James Dampney were appointed Liquidators of the Group on 7 May 2024 at a meeting of the Group's creditors pursuant to resolutions approved per Section 439C(c) of the Corporations Act 2001.

      The first meeting of creditors was held on Thursday, 11 January 2024 at 2pm AEDT via Microsoft teams.
