Background information
On 28 June 2015, Brendan Richards, John Lindholm and Tim Michael were appointed as joint and several Voluntary administrators of the Heavy Haulage Australia Pty Ltd and associated entities.
At the Second Meeting of Creditors of Heavy Haulage Australia and associated entities, creditors resolved that the Companies be wound up and Brendan Richards, John Lindholm and Tim Michael of KPMG (Liquidators) be appointed as the Joint and Several Liquidators of the Companies.
Brendan Richards and Tim Michael retired as Liquidators on 29 November 2017 and 6 April 2018, respectively.
Meetings
A meeting of creditors will be held on Tuesday 29 July 2025, online via Microsoft Teams.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting, who will not be attending in person or are a company, must complete and return a Proxy Form and a Proof of Debt Form (PDF 1.2MB) (if one has not already been lodged) by no later than 4pm on the last business day prior to the meeting by email to jcerutti@kpmg.com.au.
