Background information
David Kidman and Tim Mableson were appointed Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators (Administrators) of the Companies on Friday, 18 October 2024 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).
The Administrators have just commenced the administration process where they now control the assets, trading and day-to-day operations of the Companies, with the priority being to undertake an immediate assessment of the business and its operations to assess options and notify stakeholders of the appointment.
The Administrators' intention is to continue to trade the Companies while an urgent assessment of the Companies and their operations are undertaken and restructure options assessed.
On 14 March 2025, David William Kidman retired as Voluntary Administrator of the Companies due to him leaving the firm KPMG. Tim Mableson has been the sole Voluntary Administrator of the Companies since then.
