      Enquiries

      Background information

David Hardy, Gayle Dickerson, James Stewart and James Dampney were jointly and severally appointed Receivers and Managers (“Receivers”) to the “BWX Group” on 4 April 2023.

The Receivers’ appointment follows the appointment of Kate Warwick, Joe Hansell and Kelly Trenfield of FTI Consulting as Voluntary Administrators to the BWX Group on 3 April 2023.

The “BWX Group” appointment covers the Australian operations, including the Sukin brand. Note, for clarity, there are other subsidiaries of BWX Limited which are not subject to the appointment of Receivers and Managers.

The effect of the appointment is that the Receivers are now in day-to-day control of the BWX Group, which includes its business operations and assets.

Importantly, the skincare brand Go-To and BWX’s overseas (including US) operations are not in Administration or Receivership and continue to trade normally.

Note that the Administrators have also been appointed to LHS No. 2 Pty Ltd (ACN 165 455 201) and Sapu Corporation Pty Ltd (Formerly Uspa Corporation Pty Ltd) (ACN 163 273 514) (both Administrators Appointed). We confirm that the Receivers have not been appointed to these entities.

Should your enquiry relate to a pre-appointment unsecured creditor claim, or the two entities noted above, please direct your enquiry to the Voluntary Administrators at BWXGroup@fticonsulting.com.
