On Wednesday, 6 September 2017, Matthew Woods, Hayden White and Clint Joseph of KPMG were appointed as joint and several Administrators of Brierty Limited (“the Company”).
At the second meeting of creditors of the Company, held on 7 February 2018, it was resolved that the Company be placed into liquidation, in accordance with section 439C(c ) of the Corporations Act 2001. Accordingly, on that date, Matthew Woods, Hayden White and Clint Joseph were appointed as joint and several Liquidators of the Company.
