Background information
On Thursday, 28 November 2019, Ryan Eagle and Brendan Richards of KPMG were appointed as Joint and Several Administrators ("the Administrators") of Bardot Pty Ltd ("the Company").
Brendan Richards resigned as liquidator on 8 June 2023.
At the meeting of creditors on 25 March 2020, creditors resolved to place the Company into liquidation and the Administrators were appointed Liquidators of the Company.
