Background information
Martin Lewis and Tim Mableson were appointed Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators (Administrators) of the Company on 6 August 2018 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act). Pursuant to a resolution passed at the second meeting of creditors held on 10 September 2018, Martin Lewis and Tim Mableson were subsequently appointed as Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company.
At the second meeting of creditors:
- The creditors of the Company resolved to place the Company into liquidation
- Martin Lewis and Tim Mableson were deemed to be appointed as the Joint and Several Liquidators pursuant to Section 499(2A)(B) of the Act, and
- The creditors resolved that a Committee of Inspection be formed.

Company details
The Company previously undertook engineering and construction projects for both government and private clients across defence, power, transport, resources, water and marine sectors.
Due to insufficient cash resources to continue business operations and the inability to achieve a sale of the business and transition of employees, the Company ceased trading with immediate effect from Monday, 13 August 2018.
