Aaron is a Partner in KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services team.
He has advised multinational clients across a range of industries spanning agriculture, automotive, banking & finance, consumer goods, insurance, technology, asset management and assists them with the development, implementation, support and defence of their transfer pricing policies. He has significant experience advising multinationals to respond to the evolving transfer pricing landscape in Australia.
He has successfully advised clients through ATO tax (transfer pricing) reviews and audits for BEPS-related matters, such as the Multinational Anti-Avoidance Law, and on complex bilateral Advance Pricing Arrangements. Aaron has also assisted groups to assess the impact of transfer pricing Federal Court decisions on their intercompany financing arrangements and capital structures.
He is also responsible for KPMG’s Australian Country-by-Country Reporting service and thought leadership. Aaron also advises multinationals on their Australian and global Country-by-Country obligations and has assisted many groups to develop their strategy to manage their obligations.
