      Laurie specialises in valuing business and other equity in commercial and matrimonial disputes, conducting fraud and financial investigations, and assessing economic losses arising from a variety of claims and legal disputes. He has more than 15 years of experience in such matters, including giving expert evidence in Courts in Australia. Laurie has also acted as a consulting specialist in a variety of accounting and investigation contexts.

      Laurie is the Dispute Advisory Services lead in our Adelaide office and is supported by local and national teams with strong and diverse forensic accounting capabilities.

      Previously, Laurie worked for almost 10 years in a big four firm in the UK and was the lead forensic accountant at the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) South Australia, before joining KPMG in 2020.
