Peter heads the firm’s Deal Advisory & Infrastructure business. Prior to this he led the national Corporate Finance practice, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Debt Advisory services. He is also the Head of M&A for ASPAC. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in Deal Advisory, working with Australian and global clients across listed, private and government organisations.
Whilst Peter advises clients across a broad range of industry sectors, he has a particular focus on the online/digital sector, retail, consumer markets, media and Private Equity.
