With over 25 years’ experience across data migration, data warehousing and broader data platform initiatives, he has led complex programs across banking, insurance, government, energy, retail and superannuation.
He is known for combining strong technical discipline with a business-outcomes focus, helping organisations build confidence in critical data-driven change.
Michael is also helping drive the evolution of KPMG’s AI-enabled data migration capability, applying deep delivery experience to the next generation of methods, accelerators and pathways for complex enterprise transformation.
