Henry is a Partner within KPMG’s Valuation Services group in the Brisbane office. He has almost 20 years of professional services experience, including more than 17 years of specialist valuation-related experience, in both Australia and Canada.
Henry provides valuation advice to a variety of clients, on both buy-side and sell-side engagements and for financial reporting, income tax and stamp duty purposes. He has significant experience working on various types of valuations across a number of sectors, including valuations for:
- independent expert reports for shareholder agreements and disputes
- valuations services for M&A mandates
- valuations of infrastructure assets for unit pricing purposes and transactions
- preparing intangible asset valuations for accounting and tax purposes, including the valuation of trademarks, customer contracts and relationships, technology and other intangible assets
- valuations related advice to clients for investment and shareholder value purposes
- discount rate advice
- impairment testing analysis.
