      Adam Twemlow is the Geographic Lead Partner for KPMG’s Mid‑Market & Private (MM&P) division in Queensland, bringing more than 25 years of Internal and External Audit and Advisory experience to clients across the state.

      He works closely with middle‑market, listed and unlisted companies, multinational groups, and complex privately owned enterprises, providing assurance, governance, financial reporting and performance‑focused advisory services. 
       
      Adam is a Registered Company Auditor and an APRA‑approved Fit and Proper person, with technical expertise across financial management, risk and controls, regulatory compliance and ESG‑related sustainability considerations. His work spans diverse sectors, including financial services, investment management, government‑related entities, and a broad range of commercial industries. 
       
      With international experience gained in the UK and US, including several years with the Royal Bank of Scotland plc as Group Treasury Financial Controller, Adam brings a global perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing Australia’s middle‑market businesses. He has led major audit and advisory engagements, governance reviews, process‑improvement programs and strategic projects, supporting clients through change, growth and regulatory complexity. 
       
      Adam is also actively involved in the community through significant board and committee roles across education, economic development and the not‑for‑profit sector, reflecting his commitment to strengthening governance and creating long‑term value for organisations across Queensland.
