      Keith Swan is a Partner in KPMG Law's Tax Dispute Resolution & Controversy practice. With over 20 years of experience specialising in tax disputes and litigation, Keith helps clients to navigate and resolve their most complex and high-profile tax controversy matters.

      Prior to joining KPMG Law, Keith worked within the Australian Taxation Office's internal litigation team and with another Big Four professional services firm. This experience has provided him with extensive expertise in managing ATO and State Revenue reviews and audits, negotiating settlements, resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution processes and litigating matters against both Federal and State revenue authorities.

      Keith works collaboratively with clients, revenue authorities, and counsel to develop practical dispute strategies and achieve efficient outcomes. His clients range from multinational organisations and privately-owned businesses to high-net-worth individuals.
