Helen is a Partner in KPMG’s Sydney Mergers & Acquisitions team with more than 15 years of corporate finance experience developed from a career in investment banking, corporate development and middle market advisory. In her work, Helen has covered the full spectrum of M&A advisory, including advising companies on business acquisitions, divestments, complex carveouts and acquisition integration. Helen focuses on the industrials and healthcare sectors and is passionate about helping private and family-owned businesses realise their growth and/or exit objectives.
