Alex specialises in providing legal advice for tax related issues, ongoing management of ATO risk review and audit processes (including referral to the ATO’s Independent Review process), alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
She has acted for large corporate and high wealth individual taxpayers from a range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, entertainment and gaming and automotive.
Alex is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. She is also a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Law (Bachelor of Law) and B.Com (Hons) (Bachelor of Commerce with an Honours degree in Economics) from Monash University, Melbourne as well as a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting Foundations from Deakin University, Melbourne.
