Charlie is a Partner in KPMG’s Technology Risk & Cyber team, specialising in cyber security, privacy and technology risk.
He advises boards and executive teams on navigating complex regulatory change, managing risk, strengthening resilience, and building trust in an increasingly digital and data-driven environment.
Charlie is known for helping organisations respond to evolving cyber threats and emerging compliance obligations, translating complex technical and regulatory risks into clear, practical actions. His work spans strategy, governance, transformation and assurance, with a focus on helping organisations to prioritise the risks that matter and embed sustainable risk management practices.
He has led large-scale cyber and privacy transformations, designed governance frameworks for complex organisations, and advised boards, risk committees and executive teams on high-impact risk decisions.
Before joining KPMG, Charlie spent 27 years with EY in London and Melbourne, including leading the Cyber Security practice for Oceania. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and scaling complex delivery, combining commercial growth with a focus on delivery quality and innovation.
