Samantha leads cyber security strategy and risk management initiatives that improve risk posture, strengthen internal capability and align security practices with regulatory obligations. With more than 15 years of experience, she works nationally across complex and fast-evolving sectors including energy, mining and resources, healthcare, education, finance, local government and not-for-profits.

At KPMG, she supports SOCI-regulated organisations in applying practical cyber strategies across Operational Technology (OT) environments – where security, safety and compliance must coexist. Her work translates regulatory requirements into fit-for-purpose plans that can be executed effectively, even in environments with low internal security maturity.

Samantha works closely with senior leaders to align security efforts with business priorities, risk appetite and available capability. She brings clarity and momentum to environments where security needs to be right-sized, pragmatic and sustainable.
