Heather is KPMG's Local Government Lead for South Australia and is a member of the national local government team. She has more than 13 years of industry and consulting experience and has worked on a range of risk consulting and internal audit, governance, business improvement to clients in the private and public sector.
She is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to deliver great outcomes, and has experience in providing a range of risk consulting and business process improvement services across the areas of customer, operation, organisational development, strategy and capital delivery and core finance. Through her work, Heather has formed trusted strategic relationships with her local government clients and has helped them achieve better organisational resilience.
