      James is the head of the private equity sector for KPMG in Australia, driving our engagement with both domestic and international private equity funds.

      Specialising in transaction services and supporting clients to acquire or divest businesses, James has a ‘hands on’ approach and a wealth of experience advising clients across the spectrum of our due diligence and transaction advisory services, including financial, commercial, ESG, value creation and post deal implementation support.

      James has has worked on a variety of transactions, from mid market transactions to some of Australia’s largest buy-outs, takeovers and IPOs across a number of geographies and sectors.
