      Lance is a Perth-based Partner, leading KPMG’s Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare practice in Western Australia (WA). He is also Client Lead Partner for the Transport Sector in WA.

      He works predominantly with clients in the public sector, universities and other public-purpose organisations to deliver a high-quality outcomes that assist clients in achieving their objectives in a timely and effective manner. 

      Prior to joining KPMG, Lance had more than 20 years' experience in planning, infrastructure, policy, project management, regulation, strategy and economic development across Federal, State and Local Governments in various Australian jurisdictions and the UK.

      Lance has a keen interest in public sector issues and the transformation of cities and regions through leveraging infrastructure, better land use-infrastructure integration and economic development.
